Whether you're dealing with a recent injury, ongoing discomfort, want to get stronger, or are discovering or rediscovering your strength, confidence and potential with movement.
Move better · Recover faster · Stay pain free
Movement is at the centre of everything we do. It's how we work, train, express ourselves, and connect with the world around us. Your body is your most important instrument, and looking after it should be a priority. Sometimes that means pushing forward. Sometimes it means pulling back, rebuilding, restoring balance. That's where we come in.

A focused reset for the desk bound. If you spend your days hunched over a laptop, this releases the tight neck, stiff shoulders and tension headaches that come with long hours of sitting, leaving you looser, taller and moving freely again.
SCENAR therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment designed to reduce pain and help your body recover. A small handheld device is moved over the skin, creating a mild tingling or tapping sensation, most people find it comfortable and relaxing.
As the treatment is applied, your body responds in real time, and the intensity is adjusted to suit you. Many people notice a change in pain or movement even during the session.
It's often used for muscle and joint pain, sports injuries, and ongoing aches that haven't fully settled. SCENAR is especially helpful if you feel stuck in a cycle of pain and want something that works with your body to get things moving in the right direction again.

My background in health and fitness began in the gym, initially focused on building muscle. Over time, my goals evolved into developing strength in a more complete and sustainable way, physically, mentally, and functionally. Throughout this journey, I experienced firsthand the need to both progress and regress my training at different stages, which gave me a deep understanding of how the body adapts, recovers, and sometimes struggles.
This experience led me to appreciate the value of hands-on therapy in managing pain and supporting recovery. To deepen my skills, I completed SCENAR training, allowing me to better help clients reduce pain levels and improve movement more effectively.
My approach to treatment is centred around understanding the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms. I combine practical rehabilitation, education, and therapy to empower people to take control of their recovery.
I started Axial Physio to help more people understand their own bodies, manage pain confidently, and prioritise long-term health, because we only get one body, and looking after it now helps prevent bigger problems later.
